のんちThis sake was recommended to us by the owner of the sake shop.
Not only the "mochi" but also the "hatsu-shibori nama-gara-shu" part is rainbow colored, which makes me excited even before drinking it. (If you look at the label from an angle, "bo:" becomes apparent...)
The aroma is fresh and sweet when you drink it, but the sourness and umami seem to spread slowly.
It's the first time I've had both "Nozomu" and sake made with "Yumesasara", but they were so delicious that I was interested in both.
I thought I would like to promote them.
