Sake My LifeDaishichi Junmai Nama-no-Hashimoto Sake Daishichi Shuzo Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture The aroma is a spicy sensation. This is a personal term coined by me, but I would describe it as spicy with a tugging sensation. The taste is as follows, Introduction→Fluffy, fruity, and more of a Japanese floral taste. Middle part→Rough and sharp, perhaps due to the strength of the sake's sake brewing process. Outro→Though the taste is strong on the nose, the lingering aftertaste, which is moderate, disappears quickly. This is a bottle like Mrs. Kurokawa's "My thing". Is this expression correct? I watched "Welcome to Komada Distillery" today, and there was a scene in which the main character makes a unique tasting note, and I wanted to make my own tasting note even if it is not expressed like that. According to the owner, there is a way to enjoy nama sake hot or at room temperature, so let's give it a try. Potherb mustard with nori and pepper chicken. Please try it!
