I knew it was popular, so I rushed there on the day it went on sale.
First of all, it was hard to open, it was too energetic...
I was opening it carefully, but it overflowed a little.
I drank it and the aroma is sweet, apple-like. When I drank it, it was not as sweet as I imagined, but it was clean and sharp.
The fizzy and tangy taste is perfect for the refreshing flavor and is similar to the feeling of sparkling wine.
Many sparkling sake are too sweet for my taste, but this one is refreshing and tasty without being sweet. I thought this was one of the most unique bottles in the Akabu series.
