- Milan HauserIshikawa Mon, Gohyankumangoku, polishing rate 65%, sake meter value -16, alcohol content 15.5% Today I blindly ordered a glass of sake during lunch. There was no description in the menu so I chose randomly a sake that I haven't tried yet. It was too sweet. If I knew the sake was so sweet, I would order different kind. I was not happy with my choice. Next time I will do research before I order something that I don't know.
