Well, here is the sake I bought on the way back from my summer trip to Kinugawa Onsen Hot Spring 🥰.
Actually, it was the first time I drank Ni Usagi at home: ‼️
For some reason, there is no special distributor of Ni Usagi in the liquor stores I go around 🥲.
I really wanted to buy a four-pack, but the cash-only store didn't have much on hand, so I bought this 500ml bottle, which is a little cheaper 🥹.
Now for the taste... a 13% low alcohol sake with a smooth texture and a well-balanced combination of sweetness and bitterness 🍶.
The label says it was made in May, so it must be a summer sake.
The acidity is not that strong, but it is sharp and I would like to drink it with edamame 🫛 on a hot day 😊.
