I opened a nice one to cheer me up as I have to work the next day 😆.
Kinkame had been aluzome until last term.
This term it was upgraded to Junmai Daiginjo ⤴️
And the price went up too 😂.
I felt that Ginkame was better than Kinkame, but how is the taste of Jun-Daikinjyo Kinkame ⁉️
It's less sweet than the Jungin Kinmonniki we had at the end of the year, but the sweetness and acidity are nicely integrated 🥰.
Very elegant finish!
As expected of a pre-sake ✨ it's delicious 😋.
If it was still Aruzoe Kinkame, I thought I wouldn't have to buy it anymore, but if I have a chance to buy Jundai Kame-chan, I have to buy it 😆.
