Kubota千寿 吟醸生原酒
くま吉Recently opened izakaya near Kyushu University Hospital.
I often see Kubota, but I had the impression that they don't drink it very often, so I ordered it.
Drink it cold
Clear and colorless
The rich flavor in the mouth is delicious!
Fruity, but also wild and a little bit weak and tingly dry.
The alcohol content is high at 19%, but it is not harsh and is easy to drink.
The aftertaste is short, with a slight bitterness on the finish.
