HIIROSlightly dry. It has a slightly sweet taste at first, followed immediately by umami and spiciness. It does not have a unique flavor or richness, but because of that, each flavor is in perfect harmony. It is a sake that goes well with seafood, hot pots, and other foods, and can be drunk on its own.
