This is the first pigeon since New Year's 🕊.
I haven't seen any pigeons 🕊 in Tokyo at all this year 🥲.
I guess we have to order them...
The nose has a slightly strong acidic aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the acidity like a white wine and a good sweetness.
Last year, the aroma of koji (malted rice) was a strong indicator that this is a sake, but this year it is gone, and it is more like a white wine 🍷.
It was quite delicious 🕊✨.
