Grape-like aroma. Slightly effervescent. Refreshing taste. Moderately sweet and sour. Bitterness remains. Everything is just right! Delicious. It is a treat.
New sake for the second year, 2023BY. Recently, there seems to be a special distributor outside of the prefecture. It is starting to sell well.
I made an appointment and visited the brewery. The brewery does not sell at retail. But there have been about seven visitors since February 2011. Some people are very fond of sake.
