I love the color Aroma is mild and pleasantly grainy with signs of yamahai The label is cute and calls us to warm the sake. Flavor of aged sake with sharp acidity and plentiful umami. I drank it both at room temperature and hot. Although, I am not a fan of warmed sake, in this case, I found it better than room temperature
