- ヰリアム4+/5 Light, clean, and pretty smooth. Walnut, butterscotch, milk, salt, dried leaves. It’s very dry, just a hint of sweetness but I think it’s just a trick from the caramelly flavour. It’s pretty smooth but there’s a bit of bitterness which gets a little strong towards the end before backing off. Almost no acidity, a light creaminess. At first it has a little sharpness, but after breathing a bit it’s much smoother and pretty nice, though I think a little more sweetness would improve.
