夏雨Extreme personal preference ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 Akabu's new sake is indeed delicious ✨✨. Junmai sake is also very cosy (though I was quite torn between it and Jungin at the liquor store 😂). Green apple aroma and a nice gassy feel on opening the bottle 😆. When you drink it, the fresh and light green apple type sweetness and citrusy acidity from the clear and juicy umami combine in the mouth, resulting in a very good balance! The sweetness and acidity come together to push out the umami, giving it a milky impression 🥛. The sweet bitterness lingers in the aftertaste, and the lingering sugar like white peach finally sits in the back of the tongue, increasing the desire for the next cup 😊👍. I think it's a modern medium that everyone loves: ❣️ It went very well with the teriyaki yellowtail 👌😆.
