It is my favorite sake. It seems to be a winter-only sake, and this year is my fifth bottle. It seems to be brewed three times, three different ways, and I drank three different kinds right after they were bottled during the winter and enjoyed the differences. In addition to that, on the brewer's recommendation, I aged tank 812 for 6 months by myself and enjoyed one more bottle in July. Recently, I happened to find the aged Tank No. 811 in a store and bought it immediately. It is still delicious. I am looking forward to another bottle at the end of this year.
