umAlcohol content: 17 Rice: Yamadanishiki (Koji rice), Yukinosei and Gohyakumangoku (Kake rice) Polishing ratio: 50 Hakkaisan Snow Cellar" is a stable environment of low temperature and high humidity of around 3 degrees Celsius throughout the year, where the sake is stored for three years. It is not as thick as old sake, but it is thicker. It is easy to drink, with rounded edges such as the alcohol taste. However, it was not sweetened by storage and had a clean dry aftertaste. It was a type of sake that I have never had before, but I personally prefer Hakkaisan without storage.
