Hirotogawa Jungin Nama Sake 2023BY✨
This season's Junmai Nigori-goromi was also a blast, but we got a Jungin Nama-zake that you don't see very often, so we're looking forward to it 😊.
When you open the bottle, you can feel a nice gas as you would expect from a pure sake. The aroma is between a moderate citrus aroma and a chemi aroma with a graininess. The attack has a moderate acidity and sweetness, yet it is clear and goes well with a meal without being overbearing 😀.
Still, the alcohol and umami lingers in the aftertaste, so it's totally good as a stand-alone sake 🙌.
I have high expectations for Hirotogawa in the future 😋.
