もよもよShinanotsuru is a brand from Nagano, and the price is somehow kept down by limiting the number of labels. This one is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
I think I felt the apple most when I drank it. It is quite dark and heavy, and may be a bit strong for those who are not used to sake. Since it is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake, it was a direct match in terms of its strong flavor. It is fruity and certainly delicious.
It is delicious, but given the intensity, I would quite recommend drinking it on the rocks.
