donkunRikuwaden is an unfamiliar sake rice. A quick search on the Internet revealed that it is a sake rice provided by the brewer of Jyushiyo.
It had a pleasant aroma and a rich sweetness. It is a little too sweet, but as you drink it, you can taste the richness of the flavor.
