はやとむMAMMA" sake from one of my favorite breweries, Abunotsuru Sake Brewery
This sake was named "MAMMA" because it was made with the taste of rice (mama) in mind.
Indeed, it was a very drinkable sake with a strong taste of rice.
If you look closely, you can see that the production date is December 18, so it must have been an aged sake.
