The aroma alone smells like strawberry jam.
Compared to the raw sake Dewa Sanzu, it has a milder freshness (acidity) due to the heat-refining process. It is mellow and sweet, but also has a bit of spiciness typical of sake (the spiciness is compared to Dewa Sanzu, which is also from Hanamupu, and is gentler compared to the others). This one is also delicious.
I couldn't tell the difference in color.
