The other day we drank Daishinshu Hitogokochi.
This summer junmai ginjo is also Hitogochi!
So we compared them ✌️.
Shinshu Kamerei is a refreshing summer sake!
It has a clear and light taste 😌.
The restrained and elegant sweetness is just right!
Daishinshu has a mellow and rich taste.
It is cohesive and safe to drink 😊.
Both are delicious 🤤.
