たかしA bottle made with my favorite Aizan and Kame-no-o.
It had an interesting balance, with quite a bit of astringency, but not at all like a habit!
I personally think this sake is very good with sashimi! I have a gut feeling that it would be very good with sashimi, so I think I will buy some sashimi tomorrow 🤤.
