Nihonshu punk
This sake was produced by maitsuru shuzo in Akita and has been matured for three years.
The body was a lot lighter than I expected, due to it being brewed long and slow in cold temperatures.
I thought the colour was going to be a bit more intense considering it has been aged a little but under bad lighting it appeared almost water white!
I really enjoyed it, and pairing it with karaage seemed to work quite well too.
