Hououbiden飛翔蔵 anniversary
harley21Hououmida, which celebrates its 150th anniversary this year, has completed a new brewery, Hishoukura.
To commemorate the anniversary, a limited number of bottles of the new Hououmida brewed in the new brewery were delivered to the customer ahead of time 😊.
The rice used, milling ratio, etc. are not disclosed this time, so my impressions will also be kept private 😉.
