シンゲンケンシンKurogyu Junmai-shu Unfiltered Nakadori Nama-shu I got it! I liked it better when it was colder than room temperature, rather than when it was chilled to a crisp. I liked it better when it was colder than room temperature. I was wondering what to do with my meal and forgot that there was still some alcohol left. I forgot that there was still some alcohol left in the bottle, so I thought how about drinking it warm? The smell and the alcohol feeling in my mouth that I had felt earlier faded away. It was delicious!  My wife had the same impression. Then we waited until it was warm and drank it. I think this sake tastes more like rice than citrus. I like citrusy sake, and it tasted good after it warmed up, but I thought it was a sake that we didn't get along with. It's a pity that when I heated it up, it became even more difficult to get along with. The smell was too strong and the alcohol content increased considerably.
