トモルJuicy Sake
A double combo of 90% polished sake and sake yeast yeast yeast.
It's a completely different vector from the usual sake, but quite delicious!
The color is slightly brown.
Not sure if this is due to the yeast or the low polish.
Mellow and sticky taste and aroma
Sweetness like tortoiseshell candy.
After swallowing, there is a slight burning sensation on the tongue.
I'll try to do a proper review once in a while.
