This sake was so delicious, I was so excited.
It is a summer sake from Shinomine and is made with yeast No. 6.
The taste is full and dry, probably due to the Omachi yeast. This is delicious.
And it is a pure sake at 15 degrees Celsius.
I think it is a very high level sake.
It was really good. All I said was that it was delicious.
