Ibaraki Sake
Takeyuu Special Junmai Nigori Sake Nama
This nigori sake is made with Ogawa yeast from Ibaraki and Yamadanishiki from Hyogo. The aroma is not so strong, and the taste is fresh and not so sweet on the palate. It is fresh on the palate and does not have much sweetness. The freshness is different from that of Tetorigawa Nama, and is more like citrus fruits. The acidity is like kiwi. After a few days, it mellows out and becomes easier to drink.
