ststI got it on a trip to Iwate last month! I'll be back with Nambu ironware, which I also bought as a souvenir👍. When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell the robust aroma of rice. The aroma is as rich as freshly cooked rice from a rice cooker. The mouthfeel is soft and mellow. The taste is comparable to the "Yukikko" we drank on our trip to Iwate, but this one gives the impression of being more pungent and tangy. It has a moist, sweet and delicious taste like cotton candy or wasanbon. It has a good balance of spicy and spicy, and fades out at the end, leaving a spicy, chili-like taste on the tongue. It has a rich yet clean taste and is much easier to drink than it looks ✨. If you think it is more austere, you will just be enveloped by the soft gentleness of the tailings! It's a delicious taste that betrays your imagination in a good way 😋.
