I like it a lot, but for some reason I'm not drinking as much as I did with the Yonotori, by far.
The aroma is lemon, grapefruit-like, mild but sour.
The taste is nice and tart and refreshing.
And there is a slight sweetness behind the sourness, a little bit sweet and sour and delicious.
The recent Clear Spark series are often a little too sour and unbalanced, but Flax Cat is usually more sour than them, but the overall flavor is soft and easy to drink!
I guess it's not just the acidity, but the fact that they've been making progress for so many years.
