The first sip is sweet with a fruity aroma.
Not as sweet as Jyushiyo, but the sweetness stands out. After that, it has a sharp taste.
As expected of Jikin.

I'm not sure if I should say that Jikin's Tokujun is a fantastic sake even though it's a standard sake, but I'm so excited when I find it when I go out for a drink 😆.

It's very hard to find Jijin.
If I can find it, I order it immediately. It is the same as Jyushiyo.
It was sweet, but still Jikin. It was delicious 😁.
