Gorgeous, honeyed, sweet and sour.
The aroma that escapes into the nose is
the woodiest of all the Shinsei I've experienced so far.
The woodiness is the most woody I have ever experienced.
The end is pleasantly sharp with a slight bitterness.
I realized the deliciousness of Shinsei again.
