The aroma is of nigori koji with a sourness that is typical of Amami. On the palate, it's superb, with a bit of sweetness! This is delicious. I can feel the koji in my mouth, and I can definitely taste the sweetness and umami. I wonder if there is still some left over for the later release.... Thank you very much for your delicious sake!
