banaAromatic and dry. I am not usually a drinker, but I can drink this easily. If you drink it chilled in a sake bowl, it becomes lighter and you can feel the sweetness first and it finishes well.
It can be served with simmered dishes, sashimi, fried food, etc. 😊.
