Aramasa秋櫻(コスモス) 生酛木桶純米 直汲
enoshimaI just drank Cosmos the other day, but when the manager of my favorite liquor store told me, "We have Naokumi," I didn't hesitate to buy it 🎶.
I had a bottle of Shinmasa Akisakura (Cosmos), a pure rice sake from the traditional sake brewery, Kiyoke Junmai Naokumi.
The aroma is a stable Shinmasa 👍The taste has a moderate sweetness and strong acidity with a slight effervescence, which is typical of Naokumi, and it is very refreshing 😊.
As always, the finish was unbelievable and too delicious to be a sake ✨.
