- morkzgLots going on in the nose. Thick, sweet banana and peach, with layers of lactic acid, cream cheese or sour cream, fresh cut grass and almond milk. Very thick on the palate, mouthcoating texture. Big flavours, featuring caramel and toffee alongside shiitake mushrooms and deep umami. Baked banana, brown rice, and roasted chestnuts. Finish is long and nutty, yet surprisingly dry for an overall slightly sweet profile. 4.25/5 chilled 5/5 warm. My god that is good.
