Yumegokoro純米吟醸 おりマシマシ
きっぺいKadoya-san's Yumeshin Ori Mashimashi. A sake brewery well-known for their "Naraman" brand of sake.
After the creaminess and sweetness of ori comes the bitterness and astringency. I drank it on its own, but I thought it might be better as a food sake, so I drank it with salted fish and it went very well together.
