森人くりLong time no see local sake Morishima.
It is a Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama-shu Yamadanishiki.
It has a mellow sweetness and the tanginess of the raw sake, with a deep umami flavor that is just like Yamadanishiki.
I have been drinking a lot of sake from Tohoku and Nagano recently, but I have rediscovered the goodness of my local sake from Ibaraki. I was reminded again of the quality of local Ibaraki sake.
