Purchased at my first liquor store where I wandered in.
About 60% of the bottle is lees😳.
The sake level was also negative.
First, I took a sip of the supernatant.
It was so sweet that I thought it was syrup. I think this is a bit too much 😥.
Now I mix the lees in with the sake.
The sweetness becomes clear and moderate, and the sourness and bitterness are pleasant. And it is thick and creamy. I definitely prefer it mixed in😍.
I drank it all over 5 days, with a day off from drinking, and I liked it best on the first day. It seems to get sweeter day by day, maybe a little too sweet on the 5th day😅.
