It's been a while since I found this on the menu at a restaurant, so I just had to have it...
It's from 2022, so it's supposed to be a bit aged, but it's not rich at all, it's sweet and sour and fresh... but it's still delicious!
But it is still delicious, with a strong rice flavor or umami!
