- morkzgVery interesting bouquet of aromas: half fruity ginjo, and half deep, dried fruit, pickles and mushroom umami notes. Alcohol is pungent, but overall intensity is surprisingly low. Pineapple, plum, rice, mushrooms. Body is very rich, lots of umami. Pickled vegetables, nuts, mature cheese, mushrooms. Acidity is medium+, alcohol is prominent. Finish is on the short side but not crisp, rather smooth and fades quietly. 4/5
