Hachitsuruひやおろし 純米酒
まつちよNext up was my favorite, Hachizuru from Hachinohe Sake Brewery.
The small "Hakutsuru" logo in the photo was written by Yokoyama Taikan as a gratuity for a four-door barrel of sake.
I think I could have a good drink with Yokoyama Taikan.
The first aroma is mild and sweet.
In the mouth, it has a very mild sweetness and umami.
This is my first time drinking Junmai sake from Hakutsuru, but it is the most mellow and beautiful sake I have had today.
