Firmly effervescent and shriveled. Fresh, light sweetness and acidity, easy to drink like a juice. The subtle bitterness of the oli gives it a nice sharpness that keeps you from getting tired of drinking it.
There is nothing special about it, but the shriveled and sharp taste will make you empty the bottle if you are not careful. Caution.
