A slightly young tropical fruit aroma. The sweetness is so clear that it is hard to believe that it is a 70%-5%, and it finishes with a full flavor and bitterness that is typical of Omachi. Overall, it is calm and cohesive, almost too cohesive. Even those who do not like junmai or omachi sake can easily drink it.
The tightness with acidity and minerality, typical of Saga, is also very good.
