This is the second bottle following the Suwa Miyamanishiki I posted earlier!
This time, both Mikotsuru were purchased from the Co-op's home delivery service. The Co-op catalog used to carry mostly packaged sake from Nada and Fushimi, but recently the number of locally brewed sake has been increasing. I buy them occasionally because I think they are carefully handled, even though they are fire-brewed sake.
Hitogokkyo" has a fruity aroma and a sharp taste on the first sip. It has a beautiful aftertaste and can be enjoyed over and over again. Four days after opening the bottle, it became even sweeter and easier to drink.
