けむとうさんPurchased at the usual Nohmi Sake Shop, 2,970 yen per bottle.
Purchased because it is a sake from Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture and recommended by the owner.
After buying it, I looked at the label on the back again and found it to be quite high at 18% alcohol by volume.
This was a very dry sake!
As I expected, it was more than dry enough for me.
But as the temperature rises a bit, I can taste a little sweetness after the spiciness of the higher alcohol content.
No matter how many times I drink it, it's still a spicy sake with high alcohol content, lol.
