The organic Kame-no-o 90% polished rice naturals have the typical Senkou acidity, but also have a strong banana aroma and a strong body of flavor, even though they are not polished 😌It is more like a full-bodied wine with a fruity flavor rather than a sake flavor. I guess that's the image😊.
It is very luxurious, but if you add it at the end of cooking to add aroma, it will add more depth and gorgeousness✨.
This is one of my favorite types of alcohol these days ☺️.
