Yes, I really want to have sake and sashimi, but my father doesn't have a choice. So, it's the second round from....... LOL!
I want to drink after the yakiniku. So, it's a little bit out of season, but I'm going to drink Hidakami draft.
The stability of Hidakami, the gorgeousness of Jun Daijyu, and the refreshing mouthfeel are perfect for my mood 😁.
The side dish was aji (horse mackerel). It is not in season now, but I think it tastes better in early fall because of the fat 😅.
