You have to bring coolant and a cooler bag with you to purchase. You have to have a history of purchasing several bottles to be able to purchase a multi-starred product... There are various rules and regulations that make it a complicated alcoholic beverage. There are several types of one-starred sake, and this one is made from a single variety of Yamada-Nishiki, I believe.
The taste is delicious. It is dry but has a strong flavor. When you open the bottle, gas is released with a pop. I wonder if the bitterness that remains underneath is the gas. Again, it is a delicious sake.
