At first, it has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of green apples and pears.
In the mouth, it has a mild and mellow rice flavor with thickening, acidity, and freshness. At the end, there is a green apple-like aroma, a slight bitterness and acidity, and a clean and crisp finish.
Not too light, not too heavy, fresh but with a rich umami (๑˃˃˃).
It was my first encounter with Kuroryu 😄.
